Post-Doctoral Student, Lucie Laumonier, to Start Tenure Track Contract at University of Calgary

Lucie Laumonier, a post-doctoral student in our department working with Shannon McSheffrey, has had some terrific news.

She just signed a contract to start a tenure tack position in the History Department at the University of Calgary starting on July 1.

Lucie generously wrote the following comment about her achievement: "Most credit is to be given to Shannon and your department for this achievement. I felt very supported and received great advice while here - for which I woud like to express my gratitude. Thank you very much for everything."
