Two History Department Professors Awarded Grants from the FAS Research & Explorations Funding

Congratulations to two of our history professors on their recent grant awards:

Dr. Nora Jaffary has been awarded a grant from the FAS Research and Explorations Funding Competition for her new project, "The Texas Revolution: Foundational Mythmaking in Mexico and the United States."

Dr. Erica Lehrer who has also been awarded monies from the FAS Research & Explorations Funding Spring 2024 Competition. Dr. Lehrer’s grant will support a project entitled, “Can immersive sound offer museum-visitors entryways into complex histories?”
