Congratulations to Peter Gossage, Lisa Moore, and Mary Anne Poutanen for their contributions to a new collection of essays entitled Montreal's Square Mile: The Making and Transformation of a Colonial Metropole, edited by Dimitry Anastakis, Elizabeth Kirkland, and Don Nerbas and published by University of Toronto Press.

Peter and Lisa collaborated on a chapter entitled "Marriage, Property, and the Law in a Square Mile Family: The Case of Annie Stevenson Anderson vs. David Morrice, 1884-1885."

And Mary Anne is co-author, with Elizabeth Kirkland, of "Searching for Intimacies beyond the Notman Photographs: The Case of Amy Redpath Roddick."
