Dr. Elena Razlogova gives keynote address at the Destination: Tashkent - Experiences of Cinematic Internationalism festival

At the end of November, Dr. Elena Razlogova gave a keynote address at the Destination: Tashkent - Experiences of Cinematic Internationalism festival in Berlin, and the already published proceedings contain a paper by her.  It is called "The Liberation Politics of Live Translation: Cinemas of Africa, Asia, and Latin America in Soviet Tashkent."
