Resources for those affected by earthquakes and flooding

September 15, 2023
|

Everyone in the Concordia community, especially those of us with connections to Libya and Morocco, is very troubled by news of the devastation brought about by the flooding and earthquakes in those countries.  We are saddened by the tragic loss of life of so many people. We are thinking about the thousands of injured survivors,

We stand together with all those who are suffering and whose lives have been touched by this tragedy. Since the earthquakes, we reached out directly to assist students from Libya and Morocco studying at Concordia.  For members of our community affected by these events: if you need someone to talk to, there are people ready and available to listen.
