Montreal has one of the most affordable public transportation networks in North America, and it’s about to get even cheaper.

In a bid to promote the use of buses, trains and the metro, the Government of Quebec’s Ministère des Transports, de la Mobilité durable et de l'Électrification des transports is offering discounts to regular-rate yearly OPUS subscribers for 2018.

How does it work? If you commute to work or pay for your transit needs on a monthly basis, you can enrol in the OPUS à l’année program by December 10 to get one free month of public transit.

When you subscribe to the program, you will receive your OPUS card pre-loaded with a monthly pass. Your bank or credit card will automatically be charged every month until you terminate your subscription.

If you need to get around Greater Montreal, join OPUS+ before December 8 and get your 11th and 12th months free.

Do you drive to work? There’s no time like the present to make the sustainable switch: take advantage of this great offer and save money on gas and parking.

Sign up today for your annual OPUS or OPUS + subscription and learn more about the benefits of sustainable transportation
