Concordia’s annual bike sweep is back.

In the coming weeks, cyclists may notice bikes on the Loyola and Sir George Williams campuses have been tagged, which means they’ve been identified as abandoned.

These bikes will be removed Monday, May 15 by Environmental Health and Safety . They will be held by security for three months, then donated to a company that recycles and refurbishes them.

If your bike gets marked by mistake, remove the tag before May 15.

If your bike disappears, call Concordia Security at 514-848-3717.

And remember, bike racks are not meant to be used as long-term storage solutions.
