April 11: MyConcordia portal to be decommissioned
On Monday, April 11, Concordia will decommission the MyConcordia portal.
Since 2021, members of the Concordia community have been able to access their university digital services through the My CU Account section of the Student Hub (for students) or Carrefour (for faculty and staff). To avoid duplication and ensure a clear and simple user experience for all, Concordia is phasing out the MyConcordia portal.
With the Student Hub and Carrefour, Concordians already have access to the same university digital services as they do in the MyConcordia portal — it is simply the way to access them that is changing.
Those currently using the MyConcordia portal will no longer be able to do so as of Monday, April 11. Concordians who attempt to access MyConcordia following the decommissioning will receive a message prompting them to connect to the Student Hub or Carrefour.
