Play Therapy applications

Step 1: Complete Concordia's online admissions application

For new applicants

All new applicants must complete Concordia University's online admissions application before submitting a portfolio or video audition.

Step 2: Prepare your Play Therapy documents

Attach the following documents to the application. Please note that documents can also be uploaded after an application has been submitted. 

• Unofficial copies of transcripts (both undergraduate and graduate, if completed)
• 500-word letter of intent describing your interest in graduate level training in play therapy and your related experience
• Two letters of recommendation
• Curriculum vitae
• Proof of citizenship
• All other required documents
