The centre is currently composed of 18 Concordia researchers from 6 departments of 3 schools or faculties, including 15 members from the Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science, two members from the Faculty of Arts and Science, and one member from the John Molson School of Business (JMSB).
The membership consists of highly active senior researchers, including three NSERC Industrial Research Chairs, one Canada Research Chair, and one Concordia University Research Chair.
As of October 2019, the full and affiliate members have already secured over $25.6 million external funds ($17.6 million within the last 6 years).
In addition, the proposed centre has seven external members who represent Quebec, Canada, and international universities. It also has a rich network of collaborators and subject matter experts from key industry and government agencies.
