Special Entrance Award

Citizenship: Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents, Protected Persons and International

Degree: Research or Thesis Master’s and PhDs

Overview

Newly admitted students already benefiting from provincial, federal and prestigious foundation scholarships funding are offered a Special Entrance Award valued at $6,000 for master's and $10,000 for doctoral students.

Eligibility

  • You should hold, at the moment of starting your master's or PhD program, a federal, provincial or external award.

Value

$6,000 for master's and $10,000 for doctoral students. 

Application

No application is required for the Special Entrance Award. Simply send us an email to External graduate awards with proof of the award received to inform us.

Disbursement process

Distributed over two full-time terms for master’s awards and distributed over three terms for doctoral awards.

Award payments are issued five (5) working days after the DNE date of each term, once full-time registration is confirmed, unless otherwise specified in your award notification.
