How do dyslexia and gender influence leadership potential?
My research topic was inspired by the impact learning disabilities had on my friends’ and family’s education, careers and self-esteem. During my master’s, I researched gender differences in CEO pay and became aware of the challenges women leaders face. This motivated me to explore how dyslexia (the most common learning disability) and gender influence leadership potential. My goal is to foster more inclusive environments where diversity is acknowledged and encouraged.
