My inspiration

How can we design a Sustainability Assessment Framework to help organizations select, prioritize, and understand the relationships between sustainability indicators, fostering improved decision-making in achieving sustainability goals?

My passion for sustainability stemmed early-on in my career, from a deep-rooted desire to drive positive change in organizational practices. Having witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by both public and private sector entities in managing their sustainability goals, I have been inspired to pursue this research. My academic background coupled with hands-on experience in management consulting has equipped me with a unique perspective on the complexities of sustainable development in an organizational context. My research is driven by a commitment to advancing sustainable practices and empowering organizations to make informed decisions that balance environmental, social, and economic objectives. Ultimately, I seek to provide a foundational framework for executives to enhance decision-making by streamlining the prioritization and understanding of trade-offs and synergies of sustainability initiatives, through a hybrid data-driven approach.
