Over 15 months, you will take 19 courses spread across four terms, focused on four distinct thematic areas. You will emerge with a unique toolkit that champions sustainable and ethical business practices.

Curriculum and schedule
Your courses will be held in-person once a week, alternating between Fridays and Saturdays. Our Zoom-equipped classrooms ensure your progress continues on the rare occasions you can't make it to class.

A day in the life of an EMBA student
Your EMBA journey is designed to be immersive, interactive and highly engaging. Each day consists of four course sessions, delivered through case-based discussions, real-world applications, and insights from faculty and industry leaders. Guest speakers —senior executives, entrepreneurs and thought leaders — frequently join classes to provide firsthand perspectives on current business challenges.
7:15 a.m. – Breakfast
Your day begins with a hot breakfast alongside your peers — an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas and build lifelong professional relationships.
8 a.m. – First course session
The morning kicks off with a deep dive into subjects like financial performance, leadership or business strategy. Classes are case-driven, encouraging debate and discussion as you analyze real-world business challenges.
10 a.m. – Coffee break
A quick break allows you to recharge, exchange insights with classmates and prepare for the next session.
10:15 a.m. – Second course session
This session might cover topics such as digital strategy, managing talent or corporate governance. Expect an interactive format — lively class discussions, hands-on exercises and occasional guest speakers sharing their expertise.
12:15 p.m. – Lunch & networking
Enjoy a catered lunch with faculty and peers, using the time to strengthen connections, collaborate on projects, or simply take a break before the afternoon sessions.
1:15 p.m. – Third course session
The afternoon session shifts focus to subjects like supply chain strategy, marketing management, or sustainability. Case studies continue to drive discussions, encouraging you to think critically and apply key concepts in real-time.
3:15 p.m. – Coffee break
Take a short break before diving into your final session of the day.
3:30 p.m. – Fourth course session or applied learning
Your last session may focus on innovation, strategic transformation, or business analytics. Some sessions might be dedicated to leadership coaching or Guest speakers leading discussions, providing industry insights.
5:30 p.m. – End of class, optional socials
After an intensive day, some students head home, while others stay for informal networking, group work, or social gatherings.
Courses rotate each term based on the program’s structured curriculum, ensuring a well-rounded executive learning experience. All courses use case-based discussions and guest speakers regularly contribute to the learning experience. Leadership coaching is also available throughout the program, either in class for group coaching or by appointment for one-on-one sessions.
Earn your EMBA while you work
The EMBA program is designed to seamlessly integrate into your professional life. Each week, you’ll apply the concepts and strategies you’ve learned in class directly to your work environment. On Mondays, you dive into new insights, frameworks and strategies. By the end of the week, you return to campus ready to share the results of your real-world application with your classmates. This ongoing cycle of learning, implementation and feedback ensures you can immediately drive impact in your organization while developing leadership skills in real-time.
