STRATEGY

After an institution-wide reflection on the experiences, needs, and aspirations of our community and beyond, we have been actively implementing several strategic projects that have served as a roadmap toward shaping Concordia into a Next-Gen University.

With the majority of the strategic projects well underway, Concordia’s digital strategy has reached a level of maturity such that its initiatives are being transitioned to other units and will eventually become operational.
