Emile van Haaster is completing a master’s degree in sociology at Concordia University under the supervision of Dr. Chris Hurl. Prior to that he obtained a major in sociology from Concordia University with distinction (2022). His thesis focuses on the repercussions of remote and hybrid working on the labour force and individuals having to cope with a new modus operandi.
