Katerine Lehmann is a doctoral student in health sciences research, specializing in addiction services, at Université de Sherbrooke. She is supervised by Professors Eva Monson and Andrée-Anne Légaré. Katerine graduated from Concordia University with a B.A. in Psychology. She then pursued a Master's degree in Health Sciences Research, exploring gambling practices before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, using a longitudinal qualitative method. Katerine has worked for several years as a research professional in both academic and marketing environments.
She is currently project coordinator for Research And Networking for Gambling Early-career Scholars (RANGES) and student representative on the HERMES research team. She is also a psychosocial counsellor for a non-profit organization offering mental health services to clients from different cultural communities on the island of Montreal and surrounding areas.
