Are you looking to make a lasting difference at Concordia? Want to help first-year students connect with their Concordia community? Do you want to support students in their growth as they transition to university life? Are you looking to develop and enhance your leadership skills through meaningful employment?
Concordia’s Residence Life department is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate role models to be resident assistants (RAs) for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Each Resident Assistant (RA) will be a full-time Concordia student that lives in residence and is responsible for overseeing a section of students. The primary responsibility of the RA is to help foster a safe and welcoming community in residence through creative and educational programming and support each resident in achieving their academic, social, and personal goals. RAs work on a team, under the supervision of a manager as part of the Residence Life department. RAs are offered a variety of training and professional development opportunities throughout their year in Residence.
