This course will introduce you to the principal laws that govern workplaces in Quebec and Canada. You'll learn about the nuances of employment contracts, how to resolve disputes and grievances, and the legal regulations and obligations that shape employer-employee relationships.

This knowledge will support you to create a safe and secure non-discriminatory workplace while protecting privacy and ensuring legal compliance.

We recommend taking: Human Resources Essentials (CEHR 1150), or equivalent, before taking this course.
