Concordia University Closure
Please note that Concordia University will be closed on Friday, April 18 and Monday, April 21 for statutory holidays. During this time, there will be no classes or academic activities.
Canadian Federal Elections, Advance Polling Information - April 18 to 21
However, advance polling for the Canadian Federal Elections will take place from April 18 to 21 at the EV Atrium in the Engineering, Computer Science and Visual Arts Integrated Complex (1515 St. Catherine W.) on the Sir George Williams Campus.
- Only voters whose voter information card lists the EV Atrium as their assigned polling station will be able to vote at this location during the advance polling period.
Please note that access to the EV building will be restricted to the St. Catherine Street entrance at street level.
The following units have non-standard or exceptional operating hours when the university is closed. Please consult the webpages of individual units or contact them directly for more details.

- Only staff, faculty, and graduate students with appropriate university-issued identification will have access to offices, studios, and laboratories. Undergraduate students needing access will require a letter from their respective departments.
