There is always going to be food that is being wasted and ending up as garbage. A sustainable way of utilizing this waste is through Anaerobic digestion, or most commonly known as composting.

This practice can convert food waste into usable biogas for heating/cooking as well as into fertilizers!. These techniques can be applied at both an individual scale and industrial scale. Join us for this super informative conversation on biochemical treatment of food waste utilization with biochemistry engineer Asif Ali!
