The Coping with Anxiety Workshop Series is an online educational and interactive series of workshops intended for students who struggle with anxiety and who are registered with the Access Centre for Students with Disabilities.

As we go through our day-to-day lives, we often lose sight of what is important and focus our energies on things that do not truly matter to us.

At this workshop, we will look at how you can better understand what is important to you and how knowing what matters can improve your well-being and help you cope with anxiety. I will provide tips and practices to help you prioritize what matters most.

Facilitator: Dr. Moire Stevenson, Lead for Disability Accommodations (ACSD) and Clinical Psychologist
