The Coping with Anxiety Workshop Series is an online educational and interactive series of workshops intended for students who struggle with anxiety and who are registered with the Access Centre for Students with Disabilities.

As humans, we have a great capacity for thinking and problem-solving. However, sometimes our thoughts become the things that trouble us most. Some thoughts are sticky and return again and again even though we don’t want them to.

At this workshop, we will discuss thoughts and our relationship to our thoughts. I will share various techniques to help you understand the nature of your thoughts and how to unhook from those thoughts that may trouble you most.

Facilitator: Dr. Moire Stevenson, Lead for Disability Accommodations (ACSD) and Clinical Psychologist
