Blended or hybrid learning refers to a combination of face-to-face classroom instruction and various activities outside of class, usually online in place of some class meetings.
The presenter will show examples of how a variety of courses were organized into a blended format. These examples from Concordia and other institutions will show various models for blending a course and a discussion about what kinds of learning activities were implemented in class and outside of class, how often the class met and for how long.
