During this workshop student leaders will learn inclusive skills to understand trauma and identify trauma triggers in themselves and others through an anti-oppressive lens. Student leaders will practice holistic well-being tools and learn practical strategies to support community members impacted by trauma.
Learning Outcomes:
Participants will explore practical strategies to support triggered community members.
