In the first session, you will gain a more in-depth understanding of helpful and unhelpful stress and anxiety, the impact on the body and mind and learn practical strategies (beyond breathwork!) to calm the physiological signs of stress and anxiety.

 Learning objectives:

  • Better understand the function of stress anxiety and its impact on the mind and body
  • Differentiate between helpful and unhelpful stress and anxiety
  • Gain concrete strategies to manage and reduce the impact of stress on the body
