You are invited to come explore creative ways to practice self-care in a supportive art therapy group designed to help you prioritize their well-being. Through guided art-making and reflective discussions, facilitated by a supervised art therapy Master’s student, this 8-week in-person group provides a supportive space to explore self-care practices, foster gratitude, manage stress, and build resilience. No prior art experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to engage. Join us to recharge, express yourself, and connect with others on the journey to greater balance and self-awareness. This group is hosted by Concordia's Health and Wellness in collaboration with Concordia Arts in Health Centre.

What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a therapeutic practice that combines creative expression with psychological support to promote emotional, mental, and physical well-being. It allows individuals to explore thoughts and feelings through art-making in a safe, non-judgmental space, often leading to interpersonal insights and healing. Guided by a trained art therapist, the process emphasizes self-expression, personal growth, and resilience.
