With its movable and retractable walls, the Concordia University Conference Centre will adapt to your event, big or small. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering in one of our seven rooms or if you have a larger crowd in mind, we can seamlessly extend our spaces to accommodate any size of get-together.
All you need is a vision of what you want! We'll customize a venue for you that fits your needs and will host all of your guests comfortably.
Seven versatile rooms to choose from
Should you decide to rent one of our modern and well-appointed meeting rooms, we have seven to choose. Each comes in a different size and configuration that we can set up as a single room.
If you need more space than one room allows, you always have the option of renting several separate rooms, or combining rooms for a custom room set-up that will leave everyone with plenty of space to mix and mingle.
Conference Centre floor plan
The Conference Centre is divided into seven separate rooms of various sizes and shapes. Each room is designated as either room A, B, C, D, E, F or G. The floor plan also includes two separate lounges.
Because the walls of the individual rooms can be moved or retracted, adjacent rooms can be converted into larger spaces simply by opening up the walls in between.
Similarly, if more space is needed but the client would like separate rooms to use for different purposes, such as a conference room and one just for presentations, multiple rooms can be rented.
Single room set-ups
From conferences and workshops to banquets and cocktails, each room can be set up to host different types of events and various numbers of guests.
Need more room?
If you need more than one room, you have the option to rent additional rooms for the same event. We also offer custom room set-ups that combine several single rooms into a much larger space.

Movable walls means more space
