CIADI Extra-curricular Record

Students who have participated in professional development and experiential learning activities that were hosted by CIADI can request the issue of a CIADI Record. It is preferable to request the CIADI record before graduation. If you would like to receive your CIADI Professional Development and Experiential Learning Record, please send an email to ciadi@concordia.ca and provide the following info:

• Name
• ID
• Program of study
• The list of activities you have attended include dates and times
• Email address.

Please use the following subject line “CIADI Record”.

You will receive a digitally signed record by email.

*NOTE THAT THIS RECORD IS ONLY FOR ACTIVITIES HOSTED BY CIADI*

Students enrolled in a minimum of 6 hours of professional development workshops, lectures and/or experiential learning activities in the aerospace sector, provided by CIADI, may request to be registered to the 0 credit course IADI 420 - Professional Development and Experiential Learning in Aerospace.
