My inspiration

Elizabeth Eley ("Liz") (she/her) is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Management at the John Molson School of Business. Her research delves into the complexities of stigma within organizations, particularly examining underexplored aspects such as the experiences and outcomes of employees with disabilities in the workplace, and the impact of parenthood disclosure on hiring evaluations during the interview process. Liz's work offers a novel theoretical perspective that emphasizes the context-specific nature of stigma, aiming to enhance our understanding of diversity and inclusion challenges in organizational settings.
