- Fondation Monbourquette has an extensive list of local support groups, individual services and other resources. While their webpage is in French, many of the supports are also available in English. You can also consult their English resource list.

Self-help and learning
Canadian Virtual Hospice has toolboxes for people living with grief with information in various languages and for a range of situations of loss.
Montreal West Island CIUSSS has online resources and links to local supports.
Mental health resources
- Find support at Concordia and in the community, including mental health intake for students, tele-counselling for students, staff and faculty, and listening and referral services.
- CU Wellness offers wellness events and peer support for students. Drop by one of the Zen Dens for a quiet space to relax on campus.
