AV equipment consultation & implementation
IITS (through our Teaching, Learning & Collaboration Spaces Solutions team) offers consulting services to departments wishing to add new audio-visual or modify existing technology solutions.
Our service includes needs assessment, solution design, estimation of costs, funding request support, procurement process support and coordinating the installation of the proposed solutions.

How much does it cost?
No cost.
The implementation is subject to financial approval.
How to get it
- Audiovisual consulting services are requested through the AV consultation web form. The form is to be completed with contact information and a high level description of the request. You will then be issued a ticket number via email, and a TLCSS coordinator will be in contact with you within 2 business days.
Service availability
This service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.

IITS has an audiovisual evergreen program that covers upgrading departmental meeting rooms over a lifecycle of 7 years. You can reach out to our TLCSS team to inquiry about when your room is scheduled to be upgraded.
