This goal of this course is to provide actionable climate leadership guidance to decision-makers and administrators. It simplifies the complexities of this transition by offering the necessary knowledge and tools to build robust and resilient climate strategies. With a focus on developing creative solutions that align with your organization’s values while engaging employees and partners, this course will equip you to implement decarbonization practices.

This course was created by Concordia University and the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal (CCMM) as part of convertgence. This initiative was co-developed by CCMM and BMO, as well as many partners including the Quebec government, with the goal of helping companies accelerate their green transition strategies.

Course structure

Currently serving as a strategic advisor to the President of Concordia University, Stéphane oversees the PLAN/NET-ZERO initiative, demonstrating his continued commitment to energy transition and a sustainable future.

Sarah Grigsby, M. Sc., PCC

Sarah Grigsby is a globally recognized executive coach specializing in organizational transformation and ESG. With nearly 15 years’ experience, she supports executives of major organizations (Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas) in their transition toward sustainable practices.
