- Over 12 tonnes of materials was saved from landfill through our Reuse Centre and Asset Reuse Program
- 3 IITS on-campus service centres: 11,429 tickets, +36% from 2020-21
- Facilities Management Call Centre received 21,286 calls
- Hospitality Concordia coordinated 143 events (in-person, hybrid and virtual)
- 11,615 individuals participated in safety training (includes COVID-19 from early 2022)
- 22,948 Security patrols
- Tickets sold to Stinger events: 10,236
- Over 10,500 job applications received
- Total waste diversion figure improved from 34% in 2020-21 to 40% in 2021-22

- Facilities Management had 132 Active Projects, and delivered 28 projects
- Replaced 301 classroom and teaching lab computers
- 7,664 space bookings managed by Hospitality Concordia
- Collected and recycled over 1.5 tonnes of masks
- Peak of 37,800 Teams chat messages per day
- 2,735 members subscribed to the Concordia University Centre for Creative Reuse (CUCCR), diverting 7,434 kgs of waste
- More than $200,000 raised in Giving Tuesday campaign
- 90 individual ergonomic evaluations
- Hosted two community clean-ups on our campuses, recycling 1,000s of cigarette butts
