Awards
Each year, the Institute honours top students and employers through the CARE awards and through prestigious provincial and national nominations, recognizing achievement, leadership, and impact while supporting students as they launch their careers. Explore our awards, past recipients, and external nominations to see the talent, dedication, and impact of the Institute community.
List of CARE awards
The CARE awards celebrate excellence, recognizing students in the Institute for Co-operative Education who shine academically, professionally, and in the Co-op community. Beyond recognition, these awards provide meaningful financial support that can make a real difference as students launch their careers.
Each February/March, nomination forms are emailed to Institute members who have completed a work term in the current year.
We are grateful to our donors, whose generosity makes these awards possible while honoring the memory of loved ones. By establishing an award, you leave a lasting legacy and help shape the next generation of Institute students. The recognition and support these awards provide can transform a student’s journey.
