Program Requirements

3	credits: • ANTH 202 Introduction to Culture (3.00) Note: Students exempted from ANTH 202 are required to take three credits of Anthropology courses at the 200 or 300 level.
3	credits: • SOCI 212 Statistics I (3.00) Note: Students exempted from SOCI 212 are required to take three credits of Sociology courses at the 200 or 300 level.
6	credits of Anthropology courses at the 200 level
3	credits of Sociology courses at the 200 level
3	credits: • ANTH 212 Linguistic Anthropology (3.00)
3	credits: • ANTH 301 History of Anthropological Thought (3.00)
6	credits: • ANTH 315 Field Research (6.00)
15	credits of Anthropology courses at the 300 or 400 level
6	credits: • ANTH 495 Honours Essay (6.00)
12	credits of Anthropology courses at the 400 level

Students interested in entering an honours program should consult their departmental honours advisor or undergraduate program director. Normally, students may apply for this change following the completion of 30 Concordia University credits. These credits should include program-related courses.
Students must meet the University regulations concerning the honours degree.
Students are responsible for satisfying their particular degree requirements.
