- 16 Windshild Wipers - 8 each leg
- Open Book - 8 per side
- Shin Box - 10 each leg
- Ultimate Hip Stretch - 8 each leg (Last one hold Hamstring Stretch (leg straight) for 30 seconds)
- Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch - 10 rocks & hold for 30 seconds (each leg)
- 10 Cobras
- Child's Pose - hold for 30 seconds
Climb the mountain! Ladder workout

- 10 Mountain Climbers
- 10 Squat Jacks
- 10 Pushups, from knees or legs straight
- 10 Bicycles
- 10 High Knees (each leg)
- Rest 1 minute
- Add 10 Mountain Climbers and 2 reps to each exercise every round
Beginners: 3-4 rounds. Intermediate to Advanced: 5-6 rounds.
