Joanne Vasquez, Interim Manager
Joanne Vasquez oversees programs, operations and services, including helping people navigate the process of filing a complaint. A social worker with more than 25 years of experience across health and social service systems, her work has focused on supporting diverse communities and improving how services respond to the people they are designed to serve.
Prior to joining Concordia, Joanne held leadership roles in both the public health network and community organizations, leading teams through organizational change, education and contributing to program development and program evaluation with an emphasis on accessible, safe and community-responsive services.
