Linda Dyer

Linda Dyer is a professor of Management at the John Molson School of Business. Her research centers on small business management, with a focus on interactions between the owners of small firms and their employees, as well as the study of how owner-managers work with professional business advisors. A second stream of research is diversity in organizations, specifically regarding age, ethnic, and gender diversity. She teaches Research Methods and Pedagogy, and she has served in roles such as university senator, department chair, graduate program director, grievance officer for the faculty association, and negotiator of the faculty collective agreement.
