New students
If you have questions over the break, contact the Welcome Crew Mentors! They’re available to offer support, share their experience and answer your new-to-Concordia questions. (Remember, mentors can't provide immigration-related advice or advise you on which courses to take.)
Mental health services
The holidays can be a challenging time for some members of our community. If you are feeling isolated or in need of support, see how to access tele-counselling services in Concordia's wider network. You may also wish to take advantage of phone and text helplines and listening services in the community.
If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, find immediate support.
