Biography

I am a long-time radio broadcast journalist who has covered sports in Toronto, Vancouver and, most recently, here in Montreal as a sportscaster/reporter/show host at CJAD Radio. My assignments as a network reporter with both Canadian Press Toronto and Astral Media Montreal have taken me to the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, and the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. My travels have also taken me to the Stanley Cup Finals, the Grey Cup, and Major League Baseball Playoffs. I have hosted various sports shows and public affairs programs on CJAD, and have done play-by-play for broadcasts of the Montreal Canadiens, Montreal Alouettes and Montreal Impact. I began my radio career with CRSG in the Hall Building of Sir George Williams University.

In addition to my current teaching duties here at Concordia, I have taught journalism and public relations within the Continuing Education department at Concordia since 2003. I have also developed and taught broadcast journalism courses at Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec.
