Amir Shoham, PhD

Amir Shoham received his doctorate in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Université de Montréal.

Dr. Shoham’s research interests focus on organizational cultures and climates. Within these contexts,his goals are to explore how perceptions about organizational environment are formed and are related to performance, organizational learning, well-being,attitudes as well as person-environment fit.
