MA in Human Systems Intervention, Concordia UniversityTeaching in AHSC
She has taught in the AHSC department since 2003 and has taught Interpersonal Relationships and Communication, Self-Managed Learning, Interviewing and Community Development.

Teaching Philosophy

Caroline believes in learner centered teaching methods, which are based, in experiential learning principles.  Using this teaching methodology the aim is to provide the learner with a mixture of concrete applications and theoretical concepts.

Professional Work

Caroline is an Organizational Effectiveness consultant who specializes in organizational culture change and organizational learning with the aim of assisting organizations to achieve cultures that promote growth and overall success.
