Nous Sommes L’Été

Mission/mandate/about the organisation

Nous Sommes L’Été is a local non-profit arts organization that runs in-studio creative laboratories, the largest of which occurs every summer. They provide space and time for research and creation encounters, and encourage healthy and fruitful relations between artists. The summer laboratory also encompasses a number of workshops for professional & pre-professional artists and hive activities with the goal to professionalize emerging dance artists and help them develop their artistic voice. NSL seeks to develop the Montreal arts milieu through a rich concentration of activities, while investigating the many roles and careers available in the live arts.

Context of the internship

We are looking for a bilingual intern (French-English) to assist the Nous Sommes L’Été team with a number of administrative needs, including: coordinating communication between partner organizations and NSL, event designing and organizing, developing promotional materials including social media content and website maintenance. The intern will also be taking part in team meetings.
