APPLYING TO UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS
Chosen your program?
Follow the department's application process
Find your program of interest for information about letters of intent, portfolios, interviews, auditions and specific deadline dates.
First step
You will first complete Concordia's online application and then follow with the program-specific requirements, such as a portfolio. The Concordia online application will give you an ID number that you must use to submit additional content in support of your application.
Program-specific requirements
Many Fine Arts programs have additional program-specific requirements. You may need to submit additional information to your application such as:
- a portfolio
- an audition video (or schedule an in-person audition)
- letter of intent
Upload your portfolio/audition with Slideroom
Slideroom is the app that many departments use to view your portfolios, auditions and videos. Here are a few tips to consider:
- You must apply online before submitting a portfolio to Slideroom; Slideroom will ask you for a valid Concordia ID.
- If you are applying to more than one Studio Arts choice (e.g. Studio Arts and Photography), you must submit a separate portfolio for each choice.
- If you are applying to more than one Fine Arts program (e.g. Intermedia and Design), you must submit a separate portfolio for each program; we do not share portfolios between departments.

Appointment or audition bookings
The following programs use a different app for appointment/audition bookings and/or to submit a portfolio online. Note, you must apply online before booking your audition; the app will ask you for a valid Concordia ID.
Please note there are no additional requirements for admission to the following programs:
