Description
Objectives:
- deepen the cooperation ties between Québec and the Kingdom of Morocco;
- encourage the establishment of sustainable partnerships between institutions and organizations in Quebec and Morocco;
-foster the international mobility of workers, youth, researchers, entrepreneurs, artists and students.
