Once obtained a Mitacs award, who sign my Mitacs pre-departure form?

Concordia International is responsible for signing your Pre-departure form. Before making an appointment to get the signature, you will need to complete a pre-departure session and meet both Mitacs and Concordia’s policies to travel outside Canada. You can learn more about this here. Please note that you will receive instructions to complete the Mitacs pre-departure form once you have obtained a Mitacs award.
