Faubourg Building heat pump upgrades
New units will replace aging equipment and improve year-round comfort for users.

Overview
Starting April 1, 2025, several heat pumps will be installed in the Faubourg (FB) Building, replacing units that are no longer functional or have exceeded their lifespan. To minimize disruptions, work in key corridors and high-traffic areas will take place early in the morning or at night. Tenants whose heat pumps will be replaced during work hours have already been notified.
Upgrading the existing units will enhance comfort for building tenants and visitors. Installations will affect floors 1 to 5, as well as 7, 10 and 11.
