Image analysis

A wealth of information can be derived from appropriately-captured micrographs analysed using software such as ImageJ/FIJI, python, Imaris, cellprofiler and QuPath. Dr. Law has extensive experience with ImageJ, and can develop custom image analysis routines in python and ImageJ to answer your scientific questions.

The CMCI has a github repository where we store a lot of ImageJ macro codes for routine tasks such as splitting multipoint files, and converting folders of images into different file formats.
