About the portal 

Your Concordia International CSEP application begins with the Concordia International Mobility Programs portal. Your portal groups all the program requirements for your mobility, from your first application to your student report form.

To access the portal, please sign in using your Concordia credentials.

Submit your application

Please consult the Concordia International CSEP Application and Portal Guide for a step-by-step guide on how to complete the application and use the portal. You may modify your application several times prior to submitting it. You are not required to submit the application in one session and may save it and return to it at a later time. You may modify your application several times prior to submitting it. However, once you submit your application, you will no longer be able to access it or modify it.

Approximately one month after the application deadline Concordia International will inform you of your placement through your portal, under “You Placement Offers”. 

• You must select “Accept Offer” or “Refuse Offer” 
• This is a formal acceptance or refusal of your placement.
• You are not obliged to accept your placement, but please note that you will not be considered for an alternative destination.

Apply to your host institution

After you have accepted your offer, you must formally apply to your host institution. Please note that there are specific timelines for applying to your host university and you may only apply once you have been invited to so by your Concordia International Liaison Officer (ILO) or the host university. Please review the "Apply to your Host" section of the CSEP webpage.
